鋁輪圈衝擊測試電腦輔助工程分析

Computational Analysis of Impact Testing on Aluminum Wheels

摘要


本文利用有限元素法近似模擬鋁輪圈衝擊測試,探討輪圈受到衝擊負載時結構應力分佈,以解析輪圈幾何結構抗衝擊強度。文中分析輪圈承受13度及30度兩種衝擊測試時結構響應的異同並予以比較分析,同時採用破壞分析中塑性功原則探討鋁輪圈的衝擊破壞行爲。

This paper describes the application of the finite element method to the structural analysis of aluminum wheels for simulating the wheel impact test. Both of the ISO 13 degree Impact test and SAE 30 degree Impact test are dealt with in the present study. Finite element analysis is utilized to determine the strength and stiffness of the wheel component subject to impact loadings. Meanwhile, the total plastic work approach is used to evaluate the impact performance of the wheel.
