蘇打法蒸煮狼尾草脫除木質素動力學之研究

The Study on Kinetics of Delignification of Pennisetum

摘要


本論文是有關於利用蘇打法製漿法蒸煮狼尾草,尋求脫除木質素之速率方程式以作爲製漿設計之用。蘇打法之氫氧化鈉初始濃度均爲1M,蒸煮液之液與乾燥狼尾草之比爲6:1,每個實驗的蒸煮液均於60分鐘內加熱至120、130、140、150℃,並保持該溫度以測試其反應速率。本論文中,提出一個適當的反應速率方程式,而有關的參數-如活化能、頻率因子、速率常數及反應級數等均實驗決定。實驗結果顯示木質素的反應級數爲1.2,而氫氧化鈉的反應級數約爲1。

The purpose of this study is to find the delignification rate equation of pennisetum (napier grass) by Soda pulping method. The initial concentration of sodium hydroxide is 1M. The ratio of liquor to oven dry pennisetum is 6:1. The reaction liquor is healed to any desired temperature of 120℃, 130℃, 140℃, or 150℃ in 60 minutes and keeps it at that temperature for further tests. A reaction rate equation is proposed and their parameters-activation energy frequency factor and reaction orders are determined by experiments. The result shows the reaction order for lignin is 1.2, and is about 1 for sodium hydroxide.
