活性碳粉與鐵粉加入正方形圖案用阻抗匹配原理對電磁波吸收效果之影響

摘要


本研究主要利用聚酯纖維布為基布,將活性碳粉與鐵粉依不同重量百分濃度分別混和至不飽和聚酯樹脂當中,分別塗佈於基布上,並進行匹配疊層。活性碳粉與鐵粉重量百分濃度分別為5%、10%、15%、20%、25%,各別探討不同的匹配方法以及搭配幾何圖案並針對不同間距1公分、1.5公分、2公分的改變探討對電磁波吸收值之效果,當加入正方形圖案間距在1公分時,匹配方式為最上層活性碳粉重量百分濃度25%、中間層鐵粉15%搭配正方形圖案活性碳粉25%、最下層鐵粉15%搭配正方形圖案活性碳粉25%時,電磁波吸收值可達36dB。

In this study, the use of polyester fiber cloth for the fabric, activated carbon powder and iron powder according to the different weight percent concentration were mixed to the unsaturated polyester resin, respectively, on coating on the fabric and matching laminated. The activated carbon and iron powder weight percent concentration of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, respective explore different matching methods, and with geometric patterns and for different spacing of 1 cm, 1.5 cm, 2 cm the change to explore the effect of the electromagnetic wave absorption values by adding the square pattern spacing of 1 cm, matching the toner weight of the top-level activity percentile concentration of 25%, the middle layer of iron 15% 25% activated carbon powder with a square pattern, the lowest level of iron powder 15% 25% activated carbon powder with a square pattern, the electromagnetic wave absorption values of up to 36dB.
