本研究主要目的在瞭解有關父親派外的青少年家庭現況,以及青少年如何主觀知覺父親長期離家後的家庭影響。根據立意取樣的70名受試者所填寫的問卷分析,結果發現:青少年的父親海外工作主要原因有半數是接受公司派遣,工作地域以大陸爲多,返家頻率以半年到兩年者爲最多,孩子知覺與母親的親近關係與嚴格管教態度皆高過父親,孩子對分隔兩地後的父母婚姻關係頗敏感,對於未來生涯並不熱切期待派外。以上研究發現,希望能夠提供給派外家庭孩子協助參考。
The purposes of this study were to understand the familial status of the young adult whose father was expatriate abroad and the familial impact when he percept subjectively his father's long absence from home. The major findings from 70 interviews with subjective sampling method were as follows: The primary cause for the expatriation comes from the order from the company. Mainland China was the primary destination. The major intervals for home leave were half a year to two years. The children percept much more closeness and the instruction from mother compared to father. The children were also sensitive to his parent's marriage status and show no enthusiasm to the expatriated career. It is hope that these finding can enhance the understanding to the children's familial experiences to the father's expatriation abroad.
