學齡前兒童BMI值對身體運動表現之影響

The Effect of BMI Value on Physical Exercise Performance of Preschool Kids

摘要

Objective: To investigate the pre-school boys and girls body mass index (BMI) and physical performance differences between the parameters and the relevance of the situation. Methods: This study used convenience sampling, Anping District, Tainan City taipans private kindergarten and three classes in 41 boys (average age of 6.24±0.43 years), 30 girls (average age of 6.47±0.51 years), a total of 71 children as research subjects, the gender division in accordance with pre-school children by measuring height, weight and 20-meter run, standing long jump, tennis throwing , for jumping, one leg standing balance in the body stick performance parameters in an independent sample t test, the test of pre-school boys and girls of height, weight, BMI values of performance parameters and physical differences, and to Pearson product-moment correlation between the parameters of the test of relevance. Results: The pre-school boys and girls in there are significant differences in height (p<.05), in regard to body weight and BMI values were not significantly different; body movement in addition to the performance of one leg standing item girls better than boys, the other four performance are boys better than girls; of boys and girls in the 20-meter run, standing long jump, tennis and so throw the project there were significant differences (p<.05), and jump with one leg standing for there is no significant difference. BMI values in boys and standing long jump (r=-.389, P<.05), 20-meter run and standing long jump (r =-. 443, P <.05), 20-meter run and throw tennis (r =-.351, P <.05), standing long jump and continuous jump (r =-.483, P <.05) and other parameters showed a negative correlation; and 20-meter run and jump straight showed a positive correlation (r =.363, P <.05). Girls in body weight and standing long jump, tennis throw three projects are positively correlated (r=.406, r=.555, P<.05); BMI value and standing long jump, tennis throw three projects have a positive correlation (r=.369, r=.680, P<.05); standing long jump and throw tennis for the positive correlation (r=575, P<.05); 20 meters with one leg standing for the negative correlation (r=- .363, P <.05).Conclusion: The body mass index (BMI) and physical performance between the various parameters, is indeed related to the existence of the circumstances, and therefore pre-school boys and girls experiment for the division of their differences in physical performance is feasible.
