國小教師海洋文化素養與地方認同相關之研究-以一個海洋城市為例

A Study on the Marine Cultural Literacy and Place Identity for Elementary Teachers: A Case Study of Marine City

摘要


本研究旨在探討基隆市國小教師的海洋文化素養與地方認同的現況與相關性之研究。為達成前述目的,本研究以基隆市國小正式教師為研究對象,進行二階段抽樣的問卷調查,總計發放問卷372份,回收363份,回收率達97.6%。問卷調查所得資料分別以描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步迴歸分析等方法進行分析。所得結論有五:(1)基隆市國小教師的海洋文化素養達中上程度;(2)不同年齡、服務年資及家鄉地國小教師的整體海洋文化素養達顯著差異;(3)基隆市國小教師對基隆的整體地方認同達到中上程度;(4)不同年齡、服務年資及家鄉地國小教師對基隆的整體地方認同達顯著差異;(5)基隆市國小教師海洋文化素養與地方認同在整體和各層面之間皆有明顯正相關,其中以海洋歷史對整體地方認同最具預測力。根據研究結果,針對學校、地方教育行政機關和教師提供相關之建議。

This study aims to explore the current understanding and relationship between teacher's marine cultural literacy and place identity of Keelung City. In order to achieve the purpose, this study employed questionnaire method to survey the elementary school teachers in Keelung city via two-step sampling. In total, 372 questionnaires were distributed and 363 ones were returned (The return rate was 97.6%). Collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, t-test, Pearson product-method correlation coefficient and step multiple regression, and conclusions were as follows: (1) The marine cultural literacy of elementary school teachers in Keelung City was above the average; (2) Age, years of teaching in Keelung, and hometown differences have been found as significant factors in marine cultural literacy; (3)The place identify of elementary school teachers in Keelung was above the average; (4)Age, years of teaching in Keelung, and hometown differences have been found as significant factors in place identity; (5) The correlation between the marine cultural literacy and place identity was positively correlated and especially the understanding of marine history could best predict one’s place identity. According to the conclusions, the suggestions are provided for schools, the educational authority in Keelung City and teachers.
