摘要

運動競賽期間情勢瞬息萬變，教練臨場決策、調度及溝通，往往成為比賽勝負極關鍵之因素，因此從事競賽期間教練行為之研究有其必要性。而系統觀察法的採用，則對瞭解教練行為的樣貌和數量資訊，有頗佳之成效。本文採文獻分析法，針對適用於競賽情境中的教練行為分析系統，LOCOBAS，進行考察，並評析其優缺點。經考察後發現，此工具聚焦於競賽情境中教練行為的觀察，是極少數此類型的觀察工具，可客觀地蒐集教練臨場行為的描述性統計資料，對教練於競賽期間場邊行為可提供清楚概略面貌之描繪，同時可比較不同變項間的行為差異。另經評析後發現，此系統使用複雜程度中等、類目定義清楚、經適當訓練即可上手、適用於團隊運動項目教練行為之觀察、具深入解析教練臨場行為模式之潛能、可比較不同情境變項之教練行為等特點。然而，其行為類目及編碼方式仍有若干問題，尚有修訂空間，其是否通用非團隊運動之競賽情境，仍需進一步驗證。

In the fast changeable situation of athletic competition, the coach's decisions were the key factors of game for winning or losing. For the winning, it's necessary to study the coaching behavior in the situation of athletic competition. By using the systematic observation, it's productiveness to understand the picture and quantitative data of coaching behavior. The purposes of the study were to examine and evaluate the systematic observation instrument, Lombardo Coaching Behavior Analysis System (LOCOBAS). The literature analysis method was used. After the examination, the findings were as below. LOCOBAS, which focused on observing coaching behavior in athletic competition, is the unique instrument in the observation systems. It can collect, objectively, the descriptive data to provide the profile of the coaching behavior in competition situation and to compare the difference between variables. After the evaluation, the instrument was a system with medium complexity, easy-using after proper training and clear definition of behavior category. It was also a good instrument to observe coaching behavior in the team sport competition, to have a potential to discover the behavior mode of coaching, and to be able to compare situation variables. However, there were some deficiency to modify in the behavior categories and coding method. And it also needed to verify the applicability to the sport which wasn't group-ball sport.
