Along with the popularity of Internet, electronic information is getting more and more important. To find efficient organization methods of electronic information is the main issue for information retrieval. Many solutions have been proposed. The aim of this article is to discuss the existing organizational models of electronic information. We explain their backgrounds of developments, their environments of applications and some related issues.
