泰武鄉宜農坡地自然農法技術之研究

Studies of Natural Farming Technique on Suitable Agricultural Slopeland in Taiwu, Pingtung

摘要


本試驗研究旨在探討利用石灰資材改善山坡地之強酸性土壤性質,並採行自然農法種植蔬菜以瞭解其可行性。試驗於1996年7月至1999年6月,共三年在標高五百公尺之屏東縣泰武鄉山坡地進行,共設置六種處理,前兩年之處理以改良土壤酸性為主,第三年則以補充土壤的有機質為主,本試驗完全不使用化學農藥及肥料,病蟲害防治以非農藥法實施之。第一年施用石灰石粉對土壤pH提昇效果不大,以敷蓋+石灰石粉+樹皮堆肥之處理的甘藍產量最高。第二年除了對照區外,其他處理一律施用4公噸/公頃,結果第一年施用2公噸/公頃,加上本年施用4公噸/公頃(合計6公噸/公頃)者土壤pH已可超過5.5,本年度種植田菁、玉米與毛豆,田菁生長及玉米的產量均不佳,毛豆產量以敷蓋+石灰石粉+樹皮堆肥處理者明顯較高。第三年除對照區外,每一處理三年累積石灰石粉用量均達8公噸/公頃,並補充相同的有機質用量(3.3公噸/公頃)的篦麻粕。結果顯示,除了對照區外,每一試區的土壤pH值均可提昇至6.0以上。田菁的產量明顯較第二年高出甚多,除了對照區外,五種處理的甘藍產量差異不大,但可能因樹皮堆肥殘效之影響,以處理五及處理六(前兩年均有施用樹皮堆肥處理者)的產量較高,並且第三年的甘藍產量明顯高於第一年。

The study was to evaluate the effect of liming on a strong acidic slopeland, and the feasibility of planting vegetables at this place by organic farming. It was processed at Taiwu Township in Pingtung County from 1996-1999. There were six treatments. In the first two years, with the aim setting to improve strongly acidic soil, and the 3rd year to enhance soil organic matter. In this experiment we did not use any pesticide and chemical fertilizer. In the first year, the application of lime to improve soil pH value is not significant. The cabbage, more yield was found in the mulching+lime +compost plot. In the second year, except that check plot, we apply 4 t/ha lime in tested field, then we found the soil pH value was up to 5.5 in the accumulated lime 6 t/ha. The sesbania and corn yield were low, and the yield of vegetable soybean was the highest in the plot of mulching +lime+compost plot. In the third year, except check plot, the accumulative rate of lime reached 8t/ha and applied compost 3.3 t/ha. The result showed that except check plot, soil pH value of every treated plot up to 6.0. The yield of sesbania was significantly higher than the second year. The yield of cabbage in fifth and sixth treatment(applying compost in the first and second year) were higher than others, showing the remaining effect of compost. We found the yield of cabbage in the third year were much higher than the first year.
