跳水運動之起源與發展趨勢之探討

自1984年洛杉磯奧運會中國大陸周繼紅在高台跳水項目，在歐美列強環伺之下，一舉成名獲得一面金牌，讓國際人士刮目相看之後，掀起了亞洲國家對跳水運動的風潮。而我國與中國大陸同爲中國人，既然彼岸可藉由此項運動揚名國際，相信我國如能有計畫的發展，成就將可預期。但是，目前國內了解跳水的發展起源與相顧資訊者非常的稀少，相對參與的運動人口更顯得稀疏許多。因此本文擬就跳水運動之起源、跳爲重動與奧運會及國際跳水還動發展趨勢等面向，以歷史資料介紹這項適合東方人體型的還動、期能由了解中培養出興趣，進而在國內推廣開來，並發展成爲一項使我國揚名海外的運動項目。

The first appearance of diving in the Olympic Games was at 1900, in which diving was just an aquacade. Being a formal game item took place in the Ⅲ Olympic Games at 1904. From 1904, the countries in America and European have established high achievements in this game about almost eighty years. Until 1984, the diver of China mainland, named C. H. Chuo played excellently and won the champion of highboard diving in L. A. Olympic Games. As a result, the Asian countries have being put great efforts in developing diving. Diving has been one of the most famous games in the Olympic Games. This study attempts to investigate its origin, development and trend. The content includes the diving origin, proper nouns about diving, diving in the Olympic Games and national developing trend. Hope enhancing the diving development in Taiwan through this introduction of diving that is one of the games befitting to easterners.
