籃球的球感訓練實務操作

摘要


球感訓練實務操作,重點在於: 一、持球方法:先要指導正確的持球方法。 二、瞭解內涵:球感訓練完全和控球能力相關,所有動作也都和手指、手腕、身體接觸球等有關。 三、嚴格要求:嚴格的要求在很多訓練上都被忽略,若不如此效果不彰。 四、輕鬆管理:訓練中加上音樂,並無鼓勵球員創作,如此一來就可改善控球技巧,進而提升基本動作。

In addition, music playing during the practice can help trainees to coordinate their movements.
