不同層級籃球訓練實務探討

A Study on Practical Issues of Basketball Training in Different Levels

摘要


本研究以世大運女籃、土庫國小女籃為對象,做籃球訓練實務內涵探討;目的在理論與實務上尋求合理的訓練內容,進而提供給籃球教練或體育教師參考。經實務分析與討論後得以下結論: 一、基層球隊或短期集合明星球員的訓練,體能最重要;而跑與跳的練習是不可或缺,且可以以田徑訓練的馬克操為主。 二、個人基本動作不論是世大運或國小層級球隊,重要性僅次於體能。 三、國小六年級可從事專項進攻練習,但只做初淺動作與概念即可;在小組進攻技術與觀念指導,只需要初淺的給了就走、切傳、內外組合,以及收球、傳球、投籃時機選擇,和指導空間原則、2對1、3對2打法等。 四、世大運女籃的團隊攻守戰術訓練與指導需要做,全場盯人與包夾攻守概念、半場包夾攻守概念、半場區域攻守、半場配對攻守、拖車、剩下幾分鐘領先或落後怎麼比賽、發邊線與端線如何進攻、四角拖延戰術、一盯人四區域防守、犯規時機、怎麼解讀對手進攻、怎麼解讀比賽狀況等技術與觀念。國小女籃則以以上內容再簡化的團隊戰術與概念。

The research in question aims at the nature of basketball training practices conducted on the girls' basketball team for the World Universities Games and the Tuku Elementary School girls' basketball team. It deals to sort out reasonable training activities that are theoretically and practically acceptable before offering the same to basketball coaches or physical education teachers for reference. The following conclusions have been reached after practice analyses and discussions: 1. While physical readiness is key to successful training of low level teams or celebrity players assembled for a short period of time; run and jump remain indispensable elements in the training and the Mark exercise designated for track and field athletes may play a key role. 2. As of basic skills, they shall be the No. 2 requirement for both the girls' basketball team for the World Universities Games and the Tuku Elementary School girls' basketball team after physical readiness. 3. While 6(superscript th) graders may be taught to focus on specialized offensive practices, only primitive moves and concepts will necessary. When it comes to teaching small group offensive techniques and concepts, give and go, cutting and passing, inside- out and god selection of timing for holding, passing and shooting and space rule, 2 against 1 and 3 against 2 plays are necessary. 4. Regarding training and teaching of team offensive and defensive practices for the girls' basketball team for the World Universities Games, full-court marking and half-court marking, half-court zone defense, half-court match up tactics, tailor, tactics for remaining minutes when leading the game or staying behind, side line service and offense from end line, four corner, box and one, foul timing, how to interpret opponents' play among other techniques and concepts. A simplified version of the team tactics and game concepts shall be taught to elementary school girls' basketball teams.
