摘要

脂肪肉瘤(liposarcoma)是一種成人常見的軟組織肉瘤之一，由1857年Virchow首度在文獻上所提出，好發於肢體及後腹腔。在口腔中發生脂肪肉瘤的病例相當罕見，文獻報告約一百例，其中舌部所佔病例不到四十例，由1976年Larson首度在文獻上所提出。本文提出在文獻上台灣地區首例舌部脂肪肉瘤病例報告，經手術治療後兩年六個月並無復發現象。本文報告其治療經驗並將相關診斷、組織病理學分類、腫瘤分期、致病基因和治療趨勢等作一整理分析。

Liposarcoma was one of the most commom soft tissue sarcomas of adult, first reported by Virchow in 1857. Most common sites were the extremities and retroperitoneum. The previous researches were so rare that around 100 cases about the oral cavity were reported. In 1976, liposarcoma of tongue was first reported by Larson, who brought up less than 40 cases. We present the first case of liposarcoma of tongue in Taiwan. After the treatment with wide excision, the postoperative doesn't have any recurrence of the disease during the next 30 months. This report is about the previous researches, including the histopathological classification, grading system, genetics, and treatment modality of this rare tumor in tongue.
