The adenomatoid odontogenic tumor (AOT is a non-invasive, benign tumor with slow growth, which usually affects young individuals with a female predilection and mostly occurred in the second decade. The objective of this paper is to present the clinical case of a 14-year-old male patient with an adenomatoid odontogenic tumor associated with the crown of the left lower permanent canine, which was dislodged to the mandibular base. Clinical radiological and therapeutic characteristics of the case are commented on in detail.
