內視鏡輔助下顎骨髁頭骨折復位及內固定術－台大醫院2014至2022年病例回溯分析

本研究收集2014年1月至2022年12月於台大醫院口腔顎面外科以內視鏡輔助下顎骨髁頭枝骨折復位及內固定術的患者，統計其患者特徵、外傷形態、治療成果及併發症類型與比例，並回顧併發症案例，探討其可能發生的原因、處理方法及如何避免其再次發生。文獻回顧則收集近年來將內視鏡應用於下關節區域手術的研究，探討其適應症及併發症，並依照本科經驗拓展其應用，提出內視鏡應用於此領域的全面性適應症及禁忌症。最後統整本科內視鏡手術的發展歷程，供欲發展此等技術的醫療團隊參考。

This article includes patients who received endoscope-assisted open reduction and internal fixation of mandibular condyle fracture in the oral and maxillofacial surgery department of National Taiwan University Hospital from January 2014 to December 2022. We summarize the patient's profile, trauma pattern, treatment outcomes, complications, and we also discuss the etiology, salvage philosophy and prevention of the complication. In the part of review article, we conclude current studies result in application of endoscope in management of mandibular subcondylar fracture, including its indications and complications, expanding its application based on our experience, and we extent it in management of all type of condyle fracture. Finally, we summarize our experience in developing of endoscopic surgery, which can be used as a reference for surgeon who want to develop this technique.
