本研究以宜蘭縣新南休閒農業區為例,以人文、產業及地景資源為素材,設計資源整合的文化體驗活動,讓參與者體驗農業經營活動和認識農村生活及文化,藉此探討休閒農業文化體驗活動之教育、遊憩與經濟功能。本研究設計前後測問卷,對參與者施測,回收之有效問卷數為222份。實證研究結果為:一、由成對樣本t 檢定結果可知,參與者透過文化體驗活動可提升對農家生活與文化及農業經營活動的認知,故休閒農業文化體驗活動具有教育功能。二、影響滿意度的因素方面,參與者的知識提升率對於滿意度有正向影響,參與者的年齡對於滿意度為負向影響。三、影響業者收益的因素方面,知識提升率及滿意度對業者收益有顯著影響,前者為負向影響,後者則為正向影響。
The culture, industry, and natural resources of Shin-Nan leisure agricultural area, Yilan county was created into an inter-category cultural experiencing activity. Activity participants were conducted to experience agricultural management activities and to understand rural life and culture in order to survey the educational, the recreational, and the economical functions of leisure agriculture cultural experiencing activities. Questionnaires in accordance with agriculture cultural activities were designed to present to the participant both before and after the activities in these two areas. The number of valid questionnaire was 222. Empirical analysis consists of three aspects. First, the result of paired t-test illustrates that participants of the inter-category resources integrated cultural experiencing activity get to promote their understanding on the rural life and culture and the agricultural management activities, which reveals the educational function of leisure agriculture cultural experiencing activities. Second, due to the implication of recreational function in the recreational resources, the factor that affects the recreational function was surveyed. Results from Shin-Nan leisure agricultural area indicate that the promotion degree of participants' knowledge displays a positive influence on the degree of satisfaction, while the age displays a negative influence, however, degree of satisfaction shows no relationship with sports and outdoor activities in both areas studied. Third, the income of the leisure agriculture managers is practically increased by issuing coupons corresponding with the activity, so we probe into affect factors. Results illustrates that the degree of satisfaction possesses positive relationship with both age and leisure activities, which means the higher the degree of satisfaction the more the tourist expend, also, tourists spend more of their leisure hours on outdoor activity tend to spend more at agriculture leisure area.
