Purpose: To investigate the effect of experiential education courses on interpersonal competence of college club officers and the factors which influence interpersonal competence. Methods: The study adopted the quantitative and qualitative approach, and used the purposive sampling method to select a total of 15 college club officers as participants. The semi-structured interview was employed to acquire the data and examined consistency and validity with literature. Results: The experiential education courses were similar to the effects on the development process of the each constructs of interpersonal competence. The development process includes the influence of pre-school status, the stimulation of the activity experience, the awareness of sharing and reflection, the familiarity of member relationships, the influence of team atmosphere, the connection of past club experience, and the practice of after-school action. All the effects are related to the factors of experiential education. Conclusion: The results of the study provides the criteria for the farther experiential education curriculum design and leading.
