摘要

本研究目的在探討中文化，「慢性精神病患者工作行為量表」（以下簡稱「工作行為量表」，Work Behavior Inventory [WBI], Bryson & Bell, 1997）之信效度。本研究以北部二家及東部一家精神科教學醫院在支持性職場就業與庇護性工場工作之慢性精神病患各20名為研究對象，透過觀察及半結構式訪談，完成每位研究對象的「工作行為量表」評量後進行分析。主要研究結果為：1.各分領域的內部一致性Cronbach's α範圍為.89－.95；2.各分領域再測信度皮爾森相關係數r值範圍.84－.95；3.五個分領域皆具區辨效度；和4.應用在庇護性職場時，與「職能治療綜合評量表」有較好的同時效度，在支持性職場則較不理想。整體而言，「中文工作行為量表」具良好之信效度，對於瞭解慢性精神病患之工作行為具應用性。

The purpose of this study was to develop the Taiwanese version of Bryson and Bell's Work Behavior Inventory (1997). This scale combines objective and subjective measures in five dimensions of work performance: social skills, cooperativeness, work habits, work quality and personal presentation. We established the reliability and validity of the Taiwanese version of this scale.The data were collected by observation and semi-structured interview with 40 subjects with chronic mental illness that were admitted to three hospitals in Taiwan. We tested psychometric properties that included internal consistency, concurrent validity, test-retest reliability and discriminate validity. The result showed that: (1) the internal consistency (cronbach's α) of the five sub-scales ranged from .89-.95; (2) the test-retest reliability (Pearson's r) was good, and the five dimensions of Work Behavior Inventory ranged from .84-.95; (3) the concurrent validity for the sheltered employment subjects was good, and for the supported employment subjects was poor; and (4) the five dimensions of work performance could discriminate significantly between the appropriateness for supported employment or sheltered employment.The study results showed good reliability and validity of the Taiwanese Work Behavior Inventory, and recommended the professionals to apply this scale to gather information regarding subjective and objective perspectives of work behaviors for individuals with chronic mental illness.
