數位網片用於平版印刷之品質特性研究

The Study on Print Quality Attributes of Digital Film by UV Inkjet Using Offset Printing

摘要


目前政府重視環境保護與節能減碳,如何將回收的材料再應用與開發低污染的製程為當前課題而環保印刷也為其中一環;許多廠商紛紛投入數位直噴底片或是直噴印刷版的技術開發,但大多不成熟或是不敷目前印刷規格使用。本研究以染料墨水以及顏料墨水兩種印墨(染料墨水、顏料墨水),使用數位印刷噴印三種透明基材。對噴完成的數位網片進行品質特性以及物理特性分析;再經由曬版至平版印刷版上,實際進行平版印刷,並於印刷後對被印紙張進行色彩品質特性量測分析,將兩階段分析結果相互對照之下,得到最佳之數位網片印刷參數與材料設定組合。實驗結果提供給產、官、學、研界做為參考。本研究之主要目的如下:一、探討以三種透明基材與兩種印墨之數位印刷網片品質特性差異。二、藉由分析染料墨水與顏料墨水噴印於三種透明基材之數位網片的印刷品質特性與物理特性,判斷兩種印墨與三種透明基材之對應關係。三、分析以顏料墨水以及染料墨水噴印於三種透明基材之數位網片應用於平版印刷之可行性。四、探討不同印墨與透明基材組合噴印之數位網片,再經由曬版後至平版印刷機印刷之被印成品之色彩品質特性(滿版濃度、印刷對比、印刷對比、階調擴增、色差)差異。五、探討不同印墨與透明基材組合噴印之數位網片之品質特性、物理特性與經由曬版後至平版印刷機被印成品之色彩品質特性(滿版濃度、印刷對比、印刷對比、階調擴增、色差)兩者之對應關係。

The Government attaches importance to environmental protection and energy saving and carbon reduction, how to recycle materials applications and to develop low-pollution process for the current topic and environmentally friendly printing one; many companies have invested in digital direct-injection negatives or direct injection technology of the print editiondevelopment, but most of them immature or inadequate printing specifications. In this study, dye ink and pigment ink two ink (dye ink, pigment ink), use digital printing to printing three kinds of transparent substrate. Mesh spray completed the analysis of the quality characteristics and physical properties; and then through the printing down to the lithographic printing plate, the actual offset printing, and color quality characteristics measurement and analysis to be printed on paper after printing, the two-stage analysis results with each other under control, get the best digital mesh printing parameters and the material combination of settings. The experimental results to industry, government, academia, research sector as a reference.The main purpose of this study are as follows:One to explore the differences in quality characteristics of three kinds of transparent substrate with two kinds of ink, the digital printing mesh.Characteristics and physical properties of the printing quality by analyzing dye ink and pigment ink jet printing in the digital mesh of the three kinds of transparent substrates to determine the correspondence between two kinds of ink and three transparent substrate.Third, analysis of the pigment ink and dye-based ink jet printing on the feasibility of three transparent substrate of the number of mesh used in offset printing.Fourth, explore the different combination of printing ink and the transparent substrate mesh, and then through the printing down to after the lithographic press, the color quality of the printed material characteristics (the concentration of the full version, print contrast , trapping capacity, dot gain, color gamut, color) differences.To explore the combination of printing ink and transparent substrate of the number of mesh quality characteristics, physical properties through the printing down to the lithographic printing press printed on the color of the finished product quality characteristics (the concentration of the full version, print contrast, trapping ability, dot gain, color gamut, color) between the corresponding relationship.
