摘要

探討如何以Open Access、數位出版、POD、機構典藏來創造出最理想、可消彌貧富差距與各種限制的學術出版價值鏈，確實達到學術研究的價值與目的，並獲得回饋與刺激。研究當中訪談了兩所以學術傳播為理念的大學出版中心，討論大學出版的困境與未來出路，而日後POD章篇隨選印刷與機構典藏都將成為趨勢，大學出版社若能善用社會資源，高度結合網路資源或期待新技術的到來，必定可以更加縮短學術傳播的途徑與時間，使研究成果更廣泛的傳播且得到妥善的保存，讓學術傳播達到最好的效益。

To explore how Open Access, digital publishing, POD, Institutional Repository to create the ideal bridge for the gap between the rich and the poor and other restrictions on academic publishing value chain, and get the value and purpose of academic research and obtain feedback and excitement. This study interviewed two University Press Centers, which the Concept for the purpose of scholarly communication, discuss the plight and the future of University Press, POD articles on-demand printing and Institutional Repository will become a trend in the future. If university press centers use social resources effectively and combined with a high degree of network resources or look forward to the new technologies, it must be shorted the academic mode of transmission time and make research results more widely disseminated and are properly preserved, so that the scholarly communication to achieve the best benefits.
