從台灣看兩岸華文出版功能單一化之發展

摘要

今天的台灣出版市場，已大幅地與中國大陸進行互動與交流：而擁有廣大閱讀人口的中國大陸，更可讓整合後的兩岸華文出版業在全球擁有更大的市場。兩岸經過長達二十多年的出版交流發展歷程，在政策面及文字面上的差異，是否會影響華文出版功能單一化的腳步？本文試圖就兩岸出版業交流的歷程及趨勢，對兩岸華文出版功能單一化之發展進行研究與探討。本研究採取質化方式進行「深度訪談」，藉著透過訪談七位目前於台灣經營兩岸圖書出版的業者，探討兩岸華文出版業在功能上邁向單一化之現狀及其未來發展，並對此提出具體建議。研究發現，雖然兩岸華文出版功能單一化在共同的語言、文化優勢下，早已奠定了良好的基礎，但兩岸在版權、編輯、通路、出版品等方面，大多仍各自為政。目前台灣的出版業者甚至不靠政府官方的力量，自行推動相關組織，加速兩岸書市交流；簡體書在台灣的大量流通，也早已打破文字在台灣的藩籬，在在都為兩岸華文出版功能單一化搭起橋樑。

Today Taiwanese publication market has already significantly carried on interaction and exchanges with Mainland China: And Mainland China of large reading population, it is more likely to make the cross-straits Chinese publish industry in integration owned a larger market in the world. Cross-straits through as long as more than 20 years of the publication communicate to develop process and face in the policy and the writing face the last difference, whether will influence the footstep of the integration of The Cross-Strait Chinese Publishing function? This text tries to carry on the process and trend to research and study the integration of The Cross-Strait Chinese Publishing function. This research adopts quality to turn a way to carry on ”depth interview”, by through interview seven operators whom the cross-straits book publishes in Taiwan currently, inquire into the cross-straits Chinese publish industry heads into on the function the one turns of present condition and its future development, and puts forth a concrete suggestion to this.The research finds that although the integration of The Cross-Strait Chinese Publishing function turns under common language, cultural advantage and has already laid good foundation, the cross-straits is in the copyright, editor, thoroughfare, and publishing...etc., mostly still respectively is government. The publication operator of Taiwan evens without resort to the strength of government authorities, pushes related organization by oneself and accelerates cross-straits exchanges in book market currently; The simplified Chinese book in great quantities circulates in Taiwan, has already broken writing's barrier in Taiwan as well and all in all to take bridge for the integration of The Cross-Strait Chinese Publishing function.
