大學網站是學校對內或對外提供各個利害關係人溝通訊息的重要窗口,也代表了一所學校的服務形象。本專題研究的研究方法以Google Analytics為分析工具進行佛光大學網站使用者資料採礦(Data Mining),透過網路使用行為數據分析,以獲致「使用者人數、新使用者人數、瀏覽量、跳出率」各項數值和瀏覽量態樣。研究發現,(一)周間與否(即Weekday工作日與否)、星期與月份分別於大學網站使用者數、新使用者數、瀏覽量、跳出率等各項數值之高、中、低程度,具有顯著性差異;(二)高瀏覽量集中於周間,低瀏覽量則分布於假日,高瀏覽量主要分布於3月、6月,低瀏覽量則在2月、7月、8月,本項研究結果將可作為學校規劃網站內容和設計、校務政策行銷的參考。
The college website is an important window for the college to provide internal and external communication information. The campus website also represents a service image of the college. Research Method: "Google Analytics" is an analysis tool for data mining of website of Fo Guang University. It analyzes behavioral data through the Internet to obtain various values and patterns of accessing the websites of "number of users, number of new users, pageviews, and bounce rate." (a) Weekday or non-weekday, week and month, there are significant differences in the high, medium and low levels of the college website user number, new user number, pageviews, bounce rate, etc. (b) High page views are concentrated on weekdays, and low pageviews are distributed on weekend; high pageviews are mainly distributed in March and June, and low pageviews are in February, July, and August. The results of this research will serve as a reference for the website content creating and designing to build a powerful college website, as well as a reference for college marketing jobs.
