摘要

慢性單純性鼻炎是臨床常見病，中國醫學稱“鼻窒”，以間歇性或交替性鼻塞為特點，鼻涕量略多、呈黏液性為特徵，常引起頭痛、頭重、頭暈，嗅覺減退，阻塞性鼻音，鼻涕倒流，咳嗽，胸悶，精神萎靡，其併發症有睡眠障礙，慢性咽喉炎、耳嗚、聽力下降、中耳炎，甚則因強行擤鼻而導致耳膜破裂或中風等疾病。臨床上大多數的病患在感冒後、季節交瞥、過度疲勞、飲食不節、作息顛倒時加重症狀且纏綿難愈，影響大人的工作情緒及小孩上課的學習效率，病情由生理擴及心理，實屬當前急須防治的疾病之一。
從藥物上來講，在西醫以局部症狀治療（治標）為主，藥停症起，且長期服用又有抗藥性、依賴性，而西藥的副作用可能又增添病患身體的不適感。中醫則有較好的療效（治本），可因症狀的不同隨症加減，除改善局部的症狀外，還能從體質上來調理，以達標本同治，癒後減少復發，這就是中醫治療慢性單純性鼻炎的優勢所在。三仁湯是治療濕熱型疾病的經典名方，歷代倍受推崇，筆者經驗用加味三仁湯治療慢性單純性鼻炎，辨證屬濕熱證型體質者獲得了滿意的療效，提供我中醫同道參考。

The chronic simple rhinitis is a common clinical disease. It is called ”stuffy nose” in Chinese Medicine. Its feature is the intermittent or alternative nasal congestion. More viscous nasal mucus will be generated. It often causes the headache, heavy head, smell drop, blocking nasal sound, reverse of nasal mucus, cough, uncomfortable chest, and dispiriting. Its complication includes the sleep-disorder, chronic angina, tinnitus, hearing drop, otitis media, even the diseases such as eardrum breaking or apoplexy etc. because of blowing the nose by force. After catching cold, most patients will get the chronic simple rhinitis due to season change, over fatigue, diet disorder, upside down of work and rest. The working mood of adult and the learning efficiency of children will be influenced. The ill condition will be expanded from physiology to psychology. It is really one of the present urgent diseases that must be prevented and cured.
From the aspect of medicine, the Western medicine mainly relies on the treatment of partial symptom (temporary relief). When the medicine is stopped, the disease will arise again. If the medicine is taken for a long time, the drug resistance and dependence will be generated. The patient may feel the uncomfortable sense due to the side effect of Western Medicine. Chinese medicine has better curative effect (get a permanent cure). It can add or subtract the medicine with the change of symptom. Besides improving some symptom, the recurrence of disease also can he avoided. This is the advantage of Chinese Medicine on the treatment of chronic simple rhinitis. San Ren Tang is a typical prescription for the treatment of the damp and hot diseases. It was highly praised in successive dynasties. In my experience, I use Shi Wei San Ren Tang to treats the chronic simple rhinitis, which can get the satisfactory curative effect for the patients with damp and hot physique, which is offered to the doctors of Chinese Medicine for the reference.
