國小附幼實施品德教育親師聯絡簿之探究

Research of character and Moral Education In Elementary School Affiliated Preschool Via Character Educational Parent-Teacher Communication Handbook

摘要


本研究旨在探究國小附幼實施品德教育親師聯絡簿之歷程及家長對品德教育親師聯絡簿的觀點及看法。研究過程以訪談法、品德教育親師聯絡簿之資料蒐集研究文本,探究教師在聯絡簿實施歷程中教育信念之轉變與體會及家長對品德教育親師聯絡簿的觀點及看法。研究者依據研究文本分析、歸納之後,獲致以下結論:一、在品德教育親師聯絡簿之實施歷程方面,從轉念、愛的啟航、挑戰到家長溫暖的回饋,注入老師滿滿的熱情延續,品德教育親師聯絡簿發揮了教育效能。二、因其個別差異,對於少部分無法共同完成親師聯絡簿的幼兒及家長,教師宜深入了解家長之難處,避免使少數弱勢族群再次陷入困境 。三、家長對品德教育親師聯絡簿的觀點及看法方面:(一)品德教育紮根應從小小孩做起。(二)品德教育的實施應從幼兒的生活經驗著手。(三)品德教育親師聯絡簿能有效修正幼兒的偏差行為。(四)家長有責任為品德教育共同努力。(五)家長對於以聯絡簿做為推展品德教育之途徑持以肯定與支持態度。

The main purposes of this research is to illustrate the process of character educational parent-teacher communication handbook used in elementary school affiliated Preschool and viewpoints from parents, through interviews and research in character educational parent-teacher communication handbooks. Thus, classify their experience of attending the program, and the changes of their education concept before and after this program. After careful analysis and classification, several conclusions are made as follow: 1. Concerning the process of practicing character educational parent-teacher communication handbook: We found education values through mind changing, love, warm feedbacks from parents and the inflamed passion from teachers. 2. Teachers should understand the difficulties of parents, Avoid minority disadvantaged groups in trouble again. 3. Parents point of view in character educational parent-teacher communication handbook: 3.1 The earlier the better to start moral education. 3.2 Moral education should be part of children's daily life. 3.3 Children's inappropriate behavior can be fixed through character educational parent-teacher communication handbook usage. 3.4 Parents are also responsible in moral education. 3.5 Parents hold positive attitude in propagating moral education through character educational parent-teacher communication handbook.
