圖形符號主觀估計識認率的探討

摘要

本研究主要目的在於利用44個醫院用圖形符號，探討受試者對圖形符號主觀估計識認率的相關問題。受試者以長庚大學工學院及長庚護專學生爲主，包括護理背景女學生133人，及工程背景男學生95人。首先比較匹配測試的客觀正確識認率與主觀估計識認率的關係，探討兩者之間的相關程度。最後則經由主觀估計識認率的次數分配與機率分配，探討求取歸屬函數的可行性，本文研究的結果提出一個探討圖形標誌識認模糊性的可行方法，提供後績研究參考。

The present paper intends to study comprehensibility estimates of public information symbols for screening the candidate symbols in ISO standardization procedure. A set of forty-four hospital symbols are used as the stimulus material, and 228 student subjects participated in this study. 95 male student subjects came from Chang Gung University and 133 female subjects came from Chang Gung Institute of Nursing. After a matching test and the comprehensibility estimates of each symbol, the correct match rates and the comprehensibility estimates are analyzied. The results showed that the approach presented in this study to derive membership functions is clearly worthy of further research.
