半導體廠無塵室作業人員肌肉骨骼不適理學檢查與主觀問卷評估

摘要


工作相關之肌肉骨骼不適(Work-related musculoskeletal disorders, WRMSDs)近年來廣泛受到重視,也是半導體製造業潛在危害中一個持續受到關注之問題,因此在進行WRMSDs、風險因子評估時,若能採用較客觀之醫學診斷如理學檢查(physical examination)將會有助於釐清這些風險因子對WRMSDs之關聯或影響,在後續改善方法成效評估上也會較客觀,並可作爲相關研究之比較依據。本計畫以半導體無塵室之作業人員爲對象,同時採用主觀問卷與客觀之理學檢查進行評估,以獲得半導體無塵室作業人員較可靠之肌肉骨骼不適盛行率數據,並據以進一步評估各個不同區域、作業機台、年資、日夜班等影響。研究結果發現本研究所採用以過去半年主觀之肌肉骨骼不適發生頻率與嚴重率作爲判別肌肉骨骼不適之方法與理學檢查之數據在上肢部位顯示相似之趨勢,相較於北歐肌肉骨骼不適問卷,具有低敏感度與高特異度之特性,其中以手腕/手部不適比率最高,而在下肢部位,以小腿與足踝之主觀不適比率最高。

Much attention has been paid to work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSDs) in the last few years in many industries including the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Therefore, the employment of objective clinical diagnosis such as physical examination will be a good way to advance our understanding of WRMSDs by providing more objective WRMSDs data to clarify the effect of possible associated risk factors. The present study focused on the WRMSDs among semiconductor clean room operator. The incident rates of WRMSDs were assessed based on subjective judgment of MSDs and physical examination as well. Results showed that, for the upper extremity, good consistency was found between the incident rates based on the physical examination and the subjective questionnaire evaluation combining both the symptom frequency and severity. The wrist/hand area was found with the highest prevalence rate. Besides, compared to the NMQ, the adopted method for subjective judgment of MSDs showed low sensitivity and high specificity to the MSDs identified by physical examination.
