摘要

當牙齒的齒質喪失太多時，造成牙齒無法保留必須拔除，早期是以假牙贗復物來復形，近年則以牙科植體進行重建。雖然早年就有利用自體齒移植至拔牙齒位置以減少假牙製作需求，但是因為過程耗時且具技術敏感度，現已被牙科人工植體取代。隨著醫學科技進步，以自己的牙齒利用三維列印模型輔助進行自體移植，也是目前可以考慮的治療選擇之一。本病例報告提供一例10年追蹤之傳統自體齒移植治療病例及另一例利用三維列印模型輔助進行自體齒移植病例報告及比較。

In past, fixed bridge or removal partial denture would be suggested to restore the missing teeth when they were extracted due to large decay of structure. Now, dental implants are fabricated to restore the missing teeth. Autotransplantation of teeth is considered as the ＂time consuming＂ and ＂technique-sensitive＂ procedure. Three-dimensional (3D) printed replicas of donor teeth has been used in the field of oral surgery including autotransplantation of teeth recently. In this paper, we compare the tradition technique with the 3-dimensional surgical model used.
