The Research of College Tennis Players' Self-confidence, Achievement Motivation for Self-talk

摘要

本研究之目的乃以自信心、成就動機和自我談話理論為基礎，試著以自信心、成就動機和自我談話來做相關分析為本研究動機之一；並試著以階層迴歸分析來預測自信心、成就動機對自我談話的影響為本研究動機之二。在研究方法上，以自信心、成就動機和自我談話量表為研究工具，以參加2010全國大專校院運動會的348位網球選手為研究對象（男205位，平均年齡20.45歲；女143位，平均年齡20.36歲）。問卷回收率93.73%。經相關分析和階層迴歸分析，本研究結果發現：（一）自信心、成就動機和自我談話之間有顯著正相關。（二）運動成就能負向預測自我談話；自信心不能預測自我談話；成就動機能正向預測自我談話。根據研究結果，本研究建議未來的研究可朝不同年齡層的受試者來做研究，並做進一步的相關比較和預測比較。

The purpose of this study was based on self-confidence, achievement motivation and self- talk theory, try to use correlation analysis was the first motivation on self -confidence, achievement motivation and self-talk; and try to use hierarchical regression analysis was the second motivation to predict self- talk. In research methods, to use self-confidence, achievement motivation and self-talk scale as a research tool, to participate in the 2010 National College Games 348 tennis players for the study (205men, with an average age of 20.45 years; 143 female, with average age of 20.36 years). Response rate of 93.73%. Correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, the results of the study found that: 1. There was a significant correlation between self-confidence, achievement motivation and self- talk. 2. The performance achievement could negatively predict self-talk; self-confidence did not predict self-talk; achievement motivation could positively predict self-talk. According to the findings, this study suggests that future research could continue proceed subjects of different ages do the research and make relevant comparisons.
