The study aims to exploring the current situations of leisure benefit and Physical and mental health of the elderly cultural and health activities in the villages held. This study adopted questionnaire survey and distributed 400 questionnaires with 388 valid ones collected. For descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze those questionnaires. The study results are listed below: 1. The average score of the leisure benefit and physical and mental health of the elderly participation in the village is high. Leisure benefit is 4.18 and s physical and mental health is 3.65. 2. In the variables part of the elderly backgrounds have obvious difference with leisure benefi and physical and mental health. 3. The villages held of benefit and physical and mental health are all significant correlation. 4. The leisure benefit has predictive power to physical and mental health, especially mental benefit. The study also provides suggestions based on the study results for the related organizations.
