不同性別、年級高職餐旅群學生對游泳課程學習動機與滿意度之研究

A Study on relationship between learning motivation and satisfaction of swimming courses for hospitality group students in vocational high school

摘要


旨在探討不同性別、年級高職餐旅群學生對游泳課程學習動機與滿意度調查。發放500份問卷,回收有效450份問卷,有效問卷回收率為90%,運用SPSS fo Window 22.0軟體彙整,採數據差異法分析。結果發現:同儕討論、可提升學習成效的因素將會影響學生游泳學習動機,且教練專業、泳池照明、同學溝通的現況滿意度較高,且最認同教練的專業、友善、讚美;二、三年級較重視同儕討論、班級氣氛。建議:分組教學或學習概念,促進學生提升學習動機,塑造不同性別學生的游泳課程學習氛圍,提升學習意願;強化教學課程內容與師資專業整合,改善其他未盡事宜之現況,有助提升該校學生游泳能力技術與學習成效;依照不同群科類別、地區、階層之學校或學生對象延伸探討。

The purpose of this study was to explode the relationship between learning motivation and satisfaction of swimming courses for hospitality group students in vocational high school. SPSS analysis was conducted to understand differentiation. The main results indicate: Number of participationl: none accounts for 179(39.5%); 1 or 2 times account for 170(37.7%). Self-practice after class: none accounts for 274(60.9%); 1 or 2 times accounts for 110(24.5%). This study shows that classroom climate is a critical element that affects the learning motivations where the female average score was higher than that of males. This study also shows that peer discussion and classroom climate are critical elements that affect the learning motivations where the sophomore and junior average score was higher than that of freshman.
