游泳課程教學品質、學習滿意度與學習成效關係之研究－以彰化縣高中職為例

The Effects between Instructional Quality, Learning Satisfaction and Learning Effect of Swimming Courses – A Case Study of Senior High School and Vocational School Students in Changhua County

摘要

教學品質在學校游泳課程中佔有關鍵性的地位，因此提高學校游泳課程的教學品質，是最能直接且立即的提升學生的學習滿意度，進而讓學生在游泳課程的學習上展現出良好的效果。本研究之目的在於（一）探討彰化縣高中職學生游泳課程之教學品質對學習滿意度的關係。（二）探討彰化縣高中職學生游泳課程之教學品質對學習成效的關係。（三）探討彰化縣高中職學生游泳課程之學習滿意度對學習成效的關係。本研究採問卷調查法，以104學年度第一學期有實施游泳課程之彰化縣高中職學校的學生為對象，共回收有效問卷292份，以結構方程模式(SEM)作為分析工具。研究結果發現：(1)教學品質對學習滿意度有正向影響效果；(2)教學品質對學習成效有正向影響效果；(3)學習滿意度對學習成效有正向影響效果。本研究並根據研究結果提出相關的建議，提供教育部體育署、彰化縣教育處和彰化縣各高中職學校參考。

Instructional quality played a critical role in school swimming courses; therefore improving instructional quality of school swimming courses was the most direct and immediate way to enhance students' learning satisfaction, and furthermore students could show good effects in learning swimming courses. This study has three main purposes: (a) To discuss the effects between instructional quality and learning satisfaction of swimming courses in senior high school and vocational school students in Changhua County. (b) To discuss the effects between instructional quality and learning effect of swimming courses in senior high school and vocational school students in Changhua County. (c) To discuss the effects between learning satisfaction and learning effect of swimming courses in senior high school and vocational school students in Changhua County. The researcher used the questionnaires to collect the data and the senior high and vocational school students taking swimming courses in Chang Hua County (the first semester of the 104 school year) were randomly sampled for responding to a set of instruments. 292 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The analysis tool, SEM, was used to analyze the data. The findings of the study were summarized as follows: (1) Instructional quality could positively affect learning satisfaction. (2) Instructional quality could positively affect learning effect. (3) Learning satisfaction could positively affect the learning effect. Finally, some suggestions were proposed according to the results in order to provide correlated suggestions for Sports Administration Ministry of Education, Chang Hua County Government Department of Education and senior high and vocational schools in Chang Hua County.
