Aging is often accompanied by physiological changes that can lead to decline in physical and cognitive capacities. Physical exercise and cognitive training have demonstrated important benefits for cognitive functioning in the older adult population. Both physical and cognitive activity have been shown to induce neuronal and cognitive plasticity in the aging brain.The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of exercise behaviors on physical and cognitive activity with the community elderly. Subjects for the study were community elderly in Kaohsiung. a total of 28; adopt measurement approaches, Descriptive statistical analysis. The results found that the low scores of subjects in the measure hand grip strength test, back scratch test, chair stand test, chair sit-and reach test, 8-foot up-and-go test, 6-min walking distance and MoCA. This study hopes to find out the importance of the changes of the exercise and cognitive patterns on the community elderly, which will be for references of the elderly effective physical cognitive activities.
