國內藥廠採用電子採購交易模式之實證研究

本研究從產業環境因素、組織因素、以及創新科技特性等三大構面，提出12項影響國內藥廠採用電子採購交易模式之考量因素的假說，除使用五個個案探索的方式來支持研究模式的推導以外，並透過區別分析來驗證所提出的假說。調查樣本依「台灣區製藥工會同業公會第23屆會員名冊」之廠商資料，篩除非人體用藥以及原料藥之西藥廠，共寄發244份問卷，回收有效問卷40份，有效回收率為16.35%。實證結果發現：合作夥伴的資訊技術能力、藥廠內部需求、藥廠規模、相容性、易用性、安全風險、以及成本等因素能有效區別國內藥廠是否採用電子採購模式來進行交易，其中更以相容性、易用性、安全風險、以及成本等因素具有相對較強的區別能力；合作夥伴的資訊技術能力、藥廠內部需求、以及藥廠規模則具有不錯的區別能力。資料分析結果大致與五個個案訪談結果相吻合。

This paper proposes twelve hypotheses under the considered factors that influence the pharmaceutical companies in Taiwan to adopt the trading model of e-Procurement from the perspectives of industry construct, organization construct and information technology innovation. This paper uses five cases to support the research model and adapts discrimination analysis to test these hypotheses. The sample data come from the twenty third member register of Trade Association of Pharmaceutical Trade Union in Taiwain that had filtered out the inhuman body and raw material pharmaceuticals companies. We have mailed 244 questionnaires and collected 40 questionnaires with 16% efficaciously received rate This research finds that the IT ability of partners, inside requirements of company, company scale, compatibility, easy to use, security risk, and cost can recognize whether the pharmaceutical companies can adapt the trading model of e-Procurement. Among these factors, the compatibility, easy to use, security risk, cost have more stress on recognition. The IT ability of partners, inside requirements of company, company scale also have good recognition. This conclusions of the survey correspond to the five case of the interviews.
