學生評鑑體育教師教學滿意度之研究-以亞太創意技術學院為例

The Study of Student Ratings of Physical Education Teachers' Instruction toward Satisfaction in Asia-Pacific Institute of Creativity

摘要


本研究目的係建構一份適合大專校院體育教師教學評鑑工具,藉以瞭解其教學滿意度之情形。首先以252名德明財經科技大學及287名長榮大學學生為預測對象,量表經項目分析、因素分析等步驟,結果顯示,有23題,能解釋總變異量為70.32%。其次以245名亞太創意技術學生為研究對象,來測量學生對體育教師在教學滿意度的情形。所得資料分析以描述統計及獨立樣本t考驗進行分析。研究結果顯示:1.學生對體育教師在教學滿意度的各因素排序為「能力與素養」、「師生互動」、「教學效果」和「學習測驗」;2.不同性別的學生對體育教師在教學滿意度上有差異存在;3.不同學制的學生對體育教師在教學滿意度上有差異存在。最後,本研究也針對結果的應用及未來的研究提出一些建議。

The purposes of this study were to develop a scale for evaluating Teaching Satisfaction Inventory of the Physical Education Program. First, the pre-test participants were 252 students from Takming University of Science and Technology and 287 students from Chang-Jung-Christian University. The inventory was structured by ”item analysis” and ”factor analysis”, which accounted for 70.32% of the total variance, respectively. There were asked to respond to a scale containing 23 items describing physical education Teaching Satisfaction Inventory. Second, 245 students in Asia-Pacific Institute of Creativity were participated to explore the usage of Teaching Satisfaction Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test (independent) analysis. The findings were as follows: (1) The teaching satisfaction in physical education program with the factors in order of ”ability appreciation”, ”the relationship between teacher and students”, ”teaching effect” and ”learning test”. (2) There were significant differences of teaching satisfaction of physical education between genders. (3) There were significant differences of teaching satisfaction of physical education among different educational system. Based on the results, applications of the study and suggestions for the future study were offered.
