臺灣游泳菁英運動員之游泳運動文化形塑歷程

本研究目的是透過游泳菁英運動員來探究其運動文化之運動觀形塑的過程。研究方法採用質性研究之半結構式訪談，以個案研究作為研究策略，研究參與者為曾代表我國參加奧林匹克運動會之四位游泳菁英運動員，藉由其運動訓練歷程探討游泳文化之運動觀形塑。研究結果：以運動文化的四個面向作為本研究之概念，而運動觀建立來自於重要他人、教練互動、同儕學習、團體思維，進而形成運動觀，在運動規範；運動技術、戰術、戰略及運動物質條件則是受運動觀影響之外顯面向。研究結論：一、游泳菁英運動員之運動文化，著重於運動觀之形塑，影響其外部因素為重要他人、同儕學習、教練互動和團體思維。二、運動觀之建立受外部因素影響進而內化，從運動規範的適應與認同差異之學習，心智運動戰術的運用，以及強化運動物質條件。

This study aimed on the exploration of shaping the sports values through the thoughts of swimming elite athletes in Taiwan with an aspect of sports culture. We used semi-structured interview, and took case study as research strategy. The four who had participated Olympics games as the representative of Taiwan were the interview objects. We analyzed the sports values shaping in swimming training culture in the sports training process for them. Results: the four concepts in sports culture were based in this study, but the factors of establishing sports values were from significant others, the interaction with coach, peer learning, and team thoughts, then made into their own sports values, in the meanwhile , the sports values also affected the sports specifications, sports skills, tactics, strategies, and the sports goods condition. Conclusion: first of all, swimming elite athletes' sports culture focus on shaping the sports values, and the external factors would significant others, peer learning , the interaction with coach, and team thoughts ;secondly, shaping sports values was affected by external factors then it would be internalized and organized from the adaption of sports rules and the learning of identity difference, the appliance of mind sports strategies, and the reinforcement of material conditions in sports.
