身體活動對不同族群心率變異度之影響

HRV Effects of Body Activity in Different Ages

摘要


心率變異度(heart rate variability, HRV)是將心跳率的訊號藉由時域或頻域分析方法評估自主神經的活性,心率變異度的低頻功率可反映出交感神經與副交感神經的平衡調控,而高頻功率則與副交感神經的活性有關。本文將介紹常用評估心率變異度的時域與頻域指標,並統整與歸納國內外HRV相關文獻,探討身體活動方式對不同族群HRV之影響,得到以下結論:身體活動對兒童HRV之影響結果並不一致,未來可針對運動頻率對兒童HRV影響做深入之研究;以中等強度或高強度的規律運動較能改善成人的HRV;老年人需依個人最大有氧能力為中、高強度且長期的運動較能改善老人的HRV。身體活動確實可以改善成人與老年人之HRV,依照自己的年齡以及身體狀況選擇對自己較有利的運動方式來提升心率變異度。

Heart rate variability signifies signals of heart rate evaluate Autonomic Nervous Systems activation through frequency-domain analysis and time-domain analysis. Low-frequency power of HRV reflects control and balance between Sympathetic Nerves and Parasympathetic Nerves, and high-frequency power is related to activation of Parasympathetic Nerves. This study will make an introduction of frequency-domain and time-domain index for using to evaluate HRV. Unite and generalize domestic and foreign researches to discuss HRV effects of body activity in different ages, and we receive the following conclusion: HRV effect of Body activity is inconsistent in children. We can make a research about HRV effect of exercise frequency in children in the future; Middle or high intense regular exercise is more capable of improving adults HRV; Middle and high intense and long-term exercise according to their Maximum Oxygen Ability can make a better progress in improving HRV in elders. Body activity can indeed improve HRV in adults and elders. We should choose the kind of exercise that benefits ourselves to raise HRV according to our age and body situation.
