不同教學指導語介入對大學女生社會體型焦慮與運動行為影響之研究

Research on the Intervention of Different Instruction Language on Social Physique Anxiety and Exercise Behavior on Female University Students

摘要


本研究目的是以準實驗設計的方法,探討身材外型組、運動功能組和控制組,大學女生在社會體型焦慮與運動行為,是否會經由體育教師以不同教學指導語的介入,而產生實驗介入前後的變化,與身材外型組、運動功能組和控制組在實驗介入後,在不同組別之間是否有差異性的存在。以中部某科技大學118位有氧舞蹈分項選課的大學女生為研究參與者,平均年齡為18.92±1.20歲。研究工具為社會體型焦慮量表與休閒運動問卷。所得資料以描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關、卡方考驗、相依樣本t考驗與單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。結果發現身材外型組、運動功能組與控制組,在經由不同教學指導語的介入後,在前測與後測的結果並沒有差異性存在。三個實驗組別在不同教學指導語課程介入後,結果也並沒有發現身材外型組、運動功能組與控制組間,有組間差異性存在。最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並針對實際應用與未來研究方向提出一些具體的建議。

The aim of the research is to use quasi-experimental intervention to find out whether the intervention of different instruction language by PE teachers would change female university students' social physique anxiety and exercise behavior after the experimental intervention. The female university students were divided into the Physique appearance group, the Sports function group and the Control group. Moreover, the difference between the three groups after the experimental intervention was carried out was also explored. The research participants were 118 female university students from a University of Science and Technology in central Taiwan who took aerobics class. The average age was 18.92 ± 1.20. The research tools were Social Physique Anxiety Scale and Leisure- Time Exercise Questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis, Pearson's product-moment correlation, chi-square test, paired-sample t test and one-way ANOVA. It was found that for the Physique appearance group, the Sports function group and the Control group, the results in the pre-test and post-test were not different after the intervention of different instruction language. After the intervention of different instruction language, it was found that there were no group differences between the Physique appearance group, the Sports function group and the Control group. Finally, research results were discussed and specific suggestions were proposed for practical application and future research direction.
