探討大學體育課學習情境知覺、滿足感、體適能及體適能認知之研究

The Study of Physical Education, Perception of Learning Environment, Satisfaction, Physical Fitness, and Fitness Knowledge on College Student

摘要


本研究旨在針對大學體育課中探究學習情境知覺、體育課滿足感、體適能及體適能認知之研究。本研究對象以北台灣地區共計七所大專院校學生共計449位學生為研究對象含231位男學生、218位女學生,全體受試樣本平均年齡為19.24±1.12,男學生平均年齡為19.23±1.11、女學生平均年齡為19.26±1.15。並以『健康體適能測驗』、『健康體適能認知測驗』、『學習情境知覺量表』與『體育課滿足感問卷』為研究工具施以調查。其結果經由描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、多變量變異數統計、皮爾遜積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析法等統計方法分析後顯示: (一)男學生在挑戰性學習情境、競爭性等學習情境與感覺享受顯著高於女學生,女學生在恐懼性學習情境顯著高於男學生。 (二)不同性別與高低體適能組別在感覺享受因子顯著交互作用效果。高低體適能組之男學生在感覺享受因子顯著高於低體適能組之女學生,而高體適能組之大學生也在感覺享受因子顯著高於低體適能組之大學生。 (三)大學生體適能與感覺享受呈現顯著正相關,而大學生體適能與體適能認知、挑戰性、競爭性、恐懼性等學習情境及感覺無聊等因素均呈現無顯著相關水準存在。此外,大學生體適能認知與競爭性學習情境呈現顯著負相關,但與挑戰性、恐懼性等學習情境、感覺享受、感覺無聊等因素均呈現無顯著相關水準存在。 (四)大學生的感覺享受與恐懼性學習情境等因素對大學生體適能之解釋能力最強,從迴歸係數的正負號可看出,恐懼性學習情境等因素越高的大學生,其體適能表現越高。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of physical education, satisfaction, fitness, and fitness knowledge on college students. The participants were four hundred forty-nine students from seven colleges including two hundred thirty-one males and two hundred eighteen females. The average age of the participants was 19.24±1.12, and the male students' average age was 19.23±1.11 and the female students' average age was 19.26±1.15. The Health-related Fitness Knowledge Test, Health-related Fitness Test, Perception of Learning Environment Scale, and Satisfaction in Physical Education Questionnaire were administrated to the participants. The data analysis included Independent t-test, MANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise regression. The results of this study were: 1. Males' college students had significantly higher scores than the females' college students on the factors of challenge learning environment, and the competitive learning environment feeling of enjoyment. 2. There was a significant interaction between gender and different fitness level groups on the factor of Feeling of Enjoyment. The males' college students with higher fitness level group was significantly higher than females' college students with lower fitness level group on the factor of Feeling of Enjoyment, and higher fitness level group had significantly higher scores than lower fitness level group on the factor of feeling of enjoyment. 3. There was positively significant relationship between fitness and Feeling of Enjoyment on college students, and no significant relationships between fitness knowledge, challenge learning environment, competitive learning environment, threaten learning environment, and the feeling of boredom. In addition, there was negatively significant relationship between fitness knowledge, competitive learning environment on college students, and no significant relationships between challenge learning environment, competitive learning environment, threaten learning environment, the feeling of enjoyment, and boredom. 4. From the stepwise regression model, the factors of feeling of enjoyment and threaten learning environment in PE could be effectively predicted to the college students' fitness. The findings also indicated that college students perceiving a higher threaten in the PE learning environment could be a negative factor to officet the fitness performance in PE classes.
