中臺科技大學不同學年度入學大學新生體適能差異比較

The Study of Fitness Differences Analysis Based on Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討中臺科技大學不同學年度入學大一新生體適能的差異情形,並與教育部常模比較,結果將提供未來體育教學和體適能相關研究之參考。以中臺科技大學100-102年3,618位學生(男生1325人、女生2293人)體適能測驗結果為研究資料,所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,結果以卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)進行比較,若達顯著水準再進行Bonferroni多重比較分析,顯著水準定為α=0.05。結果顯示:一、不同年度學生BMI比較上,100年與101年結果有顯著差異,100年學生體重過重(BMI≧24)的比率最高(21.79%),若以性別區分,男生組有28.06%、女生組有17.89%為體重過重者。二、男生1600公尺跑走比較上,100年與102年成績有顯著差異。三、各項體適能結果與教育部常模比較後,只有心肺耐力跑走部分百分等級在30-45%之間,其他各項百分等級則是在50-65%之間。結論:中臺科技大學100-102年學生體適能表現還有改善空間,建議體育教學單位可藉由此結果擬定學生體適能改善與提升方案,藉由體育教學,以樂趣化的活動引導體能訓練,指導學生運動處方,培養學生規律運動習慣,建立正確的運動觀念並身體力行去實踐,提升學生的體適能水準,以達全人教育之目標。

This study was to discuss the Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology freshmen's physical fitness differences between different school year. The participants included 3618 students (1325 male students and 2293 female students). Data was analyzed using SPSS for windows 18.0 system for descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, One-Way ANOVA, and Bonferroni multiple comparison, and significance level is α=.05. The results are as follows: (1). Comparison of different BMI in different school year, the highest rate of the overweight (BMI≧24) in 100-year freshman is 21.79% (788/3618). In gender, the overweight rate of the male and the female is 28.06% and 17.89%, respectively. There is a significantly different between 100-year and 101-year freshman. (2). In 1600m running of male, has a significantly different between 100-year and 102-year freshman. (3). The results of the physical fitness compared with the norm of the Ministry of Education, the percentage of the cardiorespiratory endurance run away is 30-45% and of others physical fitness is 50-65%. Conclusion: proposed physical fitness improvement plan and strategy in sports education department. In teaching, guiding the physical fitness training and exercise program by various funny activities and regular the exercise habit. Establish the correct exercise concept and sport practices that to enhance students' physical fitness levels and to achieve the goal of holistic education.
