國小教師參與生態旅遊動機與生態旅遊滿意度模式之研究

Study on Motivation and Satisfaction Model of Eco Tours: A Case Study of Elementary School Teachers

摘要


本研究目的在瞭解台南市國小教師生態旅遊動機與生態旅遊滿意度之現況,再探討生態旅遊動機對生態旅遊滿意度之預測情形。本研究方法採用問卷調查法,以「台南市國小教師生態旅遊動機與生態旅遊滿意度之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,以108學年度台南市之250所公立國民小學教師為研究對象,共發出問卷450份,收回有效問卷423份,有效回收率94%。將所得資料以項目分析、效度與信度考驗、線性結構關係模式(LISREL)中的驗證性因素分析進一步考驗假設性測量模式,以考驗其適合度。根據統計分析結果,獲得之研究結果如下:台南市國小教師參與生態旅遊之旅遊動機對生態旅遊滿意度具有正向預測力。本研究結論為,國小教師參與生態旅遊,對於獲得身心放鬆滿意度是有助益的,根據研究結果,建議教師藉由生態旅遊,獲得的滿意度能行動於學校環境教育中。

The study aims to explore the motivation and satisfaction level of eco tours of elementary school teachers in Tainan city, the study attempts to inspect the predictability of motivation to eco tours on the participant's satisfaction level. The research method adopted was questionnaire survey, while the questionnaire designed was "Survey of motivation and satisfaction level of eco tours on elementary school teachers in Tainan city". The research objects are teachers from 250 public elementary schools in Tainan City in the school year 2016. Totally 450 copies of questionnaires were distributed, of which 423 copies were valid, resulting in a return rate of 94%. The data obtained will be further tested the hypothetical measurement model by item analysis, validity and reliability test, and confirmatory factor analysis in the LISREL to test its suitability. According to the analysis of statistics, the study shows: The motivation to take eco tours for elementary school teachers in Tainan City has a positive predictability for their satisfaction level. The conclusion of the study was that by participating in eco tours, these elementary school teachers have benefitted in terms of body and mind relaxation satisfaction level. It was expected that these teachers can utilize the benefits gained from participating in eco tours to environmental education in school settings.
