This study is based on the survey of junior students of 92 academic year and the survey of after one-year graduated from 93 academic year of ”Integrated Higher Education Database System in Taiwan”. We examine that career development under the influence of extracurricular activities, social relationship and academic achievement. Analyze effective sample for 1,130 people by random sampling from database. The results of this study revealed: Joining the extracurricular activities has a positive effective on career development. The social relationship has a significant effect on career development, especially the relationship with teacher is the very important society support system for student. However, the academic achievement has no apparent influence on career development.
