探討大學生社團經驗、人際關係、學業成績對其職涯發展的影響

A Study of the Impact on Career Development between Extracurricular Activities, Social Relationship and Educational Achievement in College Students

摘要

本研究旨在探討社團經驗、人際關係、學業成績與大學生職涯發展的關係。以「台灣高等教育資料庫」所釋出的，「92學年度大三學生問卷調查」以及「93學年度大專畢業生畢業後一年問卷調查」樣本，隨機取樣1,130筆進行分析。
研究結果發現：(1)社團經驗對職涯發展具有正向影響，參加「推舉型社團」學生在「考取證照」、「工作收入」兩面向高於參加「自願型社團」學生；(2)人際關係對職涯發展有正向影響，對學生來說，無論在「考取證照」「職業類型」「工作收入」「進修意願」四個面向上，老師是非常重要的社會支持系統；(3)學業成績對職涯發展並無顯著影響。

This study is based on the survey of junior students of 92 academic year and the survey of after one-year graduated from 93 academic year of ”Integrated Higher Education Database System in Taiwan”. We examine that career development under the influence of extracurricular activities, social relationship and academic achievement. Analyze effective sample for 1,130 people by random sampling from database.
The results of this study revealed: Joining the extracurricular activities has a positive effective on career development. The social relationship has a significant effect on career development, especially the relationship with teacher is the very important society support system for student. However, the academic achievement has no apparent influence on career development.
