技術型高中學生之學習動機、學習態度及學習滿意度之研究:以烘焙丙級證照為例

A study of the Relationships among Learning Motivation, Learning Attitude and Learning Satisfaction of Vocational High School Students: Baking C-Class Certificates as Example

摘要


本研究採用量化研究方式,共計發放420份問卷,有效問卷為331份,根據問卷填答結果,以項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜相關分析及多元迴歸分析等方法進行資料分析,本研究結果發現如下:實證研究結果重點摘錄如下:一、技術型高中餐飲相關科系學生在學習滿意度現況中得分最高者為「場地設備」;學習態度現況中得分最高者為「學校課程」;學習動機現況得分屬於中上。二、技術型高中餐飲相關科系學生之學習動機、學習態度及學習滿意度,在不同背景變項中有部分顯著差異。三、技術型高中餐飲相關科系學生學習動機、學習態度及學習滿意度,任兩個變項皆達顯著正相關。四、技術型高中餐飲相關科系學生在學習態度對學習滿意度具有預測力,並達顯著。本研究依照研究結果建議如下:一、活化教師個人教學方式,適當調整上課內容及方式。二、善用學生同儕間影響力,提升班級上課學習氣氛。三、家長多跟孩子溝通。四、學生能多了解自己。

A total of 420 questionnaires were used to formal research, the effective questionnaire was 331. Item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used to data analysis. The research result as the followings: 1. The highest score in the current learning satisfaction was "venue equipment"; the highest score in the current learning attitude was "school curriculum"; the current score of learning motivation was upper-middle. 2. Skills-based senior high schools department of food and beverage students' learning motivation, learning attitude and learning satisfaction show some significant differences with different background variables. 3. Skills-based senior high schools department of food and beverage students' learning motivation, learning attitude and learning satisfaction are all positive correlated. 4. Skills-based senior high schools department of food and beverage students' learning attitude has the predictive power to learning satisfaction, and achieves significant. According to the research results, the research recommendations are as follows: 1. Activate teachers' personal teaching methods, and appropriately adjust the content and methods of class. 2. Make good use of the influence of students' peers to enhance the learning atmosphere of the class. 3. Parents communicate with their children more. 4. Students can learn more about themselves.
