為建構低碳綠能的永續能源環境,世界各國紛紛投入智慧電動車之發展。惟因智慧電動車之成本過高、充電站設施不足、以及安全性等因素之考量,造成推動上的阻礙。因此各國均持續投入技術研發,並導入創新服務實驗場域的模式,透過示範運行計畫,蒐集分析數據資料與使用者的回饋,作為修正改善的參考;尤其在充電站設施的建置方面,充電站的不足將導致使用者的里程焦慮,降低購置的意願,因此各國的示範運行計畫多著重於充電問題的解決。我國目前處於智慧電動車發展的啟動期,並已展開數個示範運行計畫的推動,藉由國外示範運行計畫的現況介紹,期能提供我國參考的依據。
In order to build the low-carbon and sustainable energy environment, the countries of the world have invested in the development of smart electric vehicles. However, the high cost of smart electric vehicle, lack of charging infrastructure and the concern of safety, resulting in difficulties when promoting. To solve these problems, countries continue to invest in technology research and apply the living labs research methodology. Using the data collection and user's feedback through demonstration project, especially on the charging issue, could provide useful suggestions in development in the future, With reference to the experiences in US, EU and Singapore could provide valuable suggestions in the demonstration projects in Taiwan.
