藥癮個案管理師工作壓力與自我效能感關連之研究-以某縣毒品危害防制中心為例

A Study on the Relationship between Work Stress and Self-efficacy of Drug Addict Case Workers: A County Drug Hazard Control Center as an example

摘要


本研究探討毒品防制中心藥癮個案管理師的自我效能感與工作壓力的關聯,以某縣的個案管理師為研究對象。採量化與質性資料蒐集,量化部分以問卷普查,共計獲得有效樣本19份。研究發現,個案管理師的自我效能與工作壓力存在高度負相關(r=-.738),當個人的自我效能總分越高,工作壓力總分則較低。在質性訪談中,發現多數個案管理師在工作初期六個月內,及任職滿一年到兩年之間較容易興起離職想法。前六個月是因為工作的適應問題所致,受訪者均表示,需有資深工作者帶領較易度過。而一到兩年則會因工作繁忙慢慢失去意義感,看不到工作的未來性,而興起離職念頭,故建立具前景性久任制度是留住人才重要的關鍵。依據研究發現提出相關建議,供施政參考與未來研究設計建議。

This study explores the relationship between self-efficacy and work stress of drug addict case worker in a drug control center, taking case workers in a county as the research object. Quantitative and qualitative data were collected, the quantitative part was surveyed with questionnaires, and a total of 19 valid samples were obtained. The study found that there is a high negative correlation between case workers' self-efficacy and work stress (r=-.738). The higher the total score of self-efficacy, the lower the total score of work stress. In the qualitative interviews, it was found that most case workers are more likely to have the idea of leaving the job within the first six months of work and between one and two years of service. The first six months were due to work adaptation problems. All the interviewees said that it would be easier to get through with the leadership of senior workers. In one to two years, due to the busy work, the sense of meaning will gradually be lost, and the future of the job will not be seen, and the idea of leaving the job will arise. Therefore, establishing a long-term tenure system with prospects is the key to retaining talents. Based on the research findings, relevant recommendations are put forward for policy reference and future research design suggestions.
