本研究主要目的是:一、比較不同背景變項的大專學生在運動性社團的休閒態度、參與動機及休閒滿意度的差異情形。二、探討大專學生參與運動性社團的休閒態度及參與動機對休閒滿意度之預測情形。研究對象為中部地區十所大專院校參與運動性社團的學生共853人(男459人,女394人),平均年齡為18.8歲。所有的受試者均施以休閒態度量表、休閒動機量表及休閒滿意度量表。所得資料以獨立樣本t考驗和多元逐步迴歸分析進行統計考驗。獲得的結果如下:一、擔任社團幹部與否、是否擔任運動代表隊、不同參與社團年資及不同參與社團頻率的學生在休閒態度、參與動機及休閒滿意度的得分均有差異存在。二、休閒運動情境、自我成就需求、休閒運動參與行為、休閒運動認知、社會需求及心理需求可以聯合預測休閒滿意度中的心理層面之總變量的66%,而休閒運動情境、休閒運動認知、休閒運動參與行為、心理需求、健康適能需求、社會需求及自我成就需求等七項對休閒滿意度的生理層面之總變異量的聯合預測力達63%。
The purposes of this study were: 1. to compare the differences of leisure attitude, leisure participative motivation, and leisure satisfaction for college students participating sports organization, and 2. to explore the prediction of leisure attitude and leisure participative motivation for college students participating sports organization to leisure satisfaction. There were 853 students (male 459, female 394) who participating sports organization drawn form ten colleges in the central Taiwan, and the average age was 18.8 years. All the subjects were administered by Leisure Attitude Inventory, Leisure Participative motivation Inventory, and Leisure Satisfaction Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent), and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1.There were differences of leisure attitude, leisure participative motivation and leisure satisfaction between the groups of ”to be the cadre of organization or not", ”to be the sports representative or not", participating the organization with different years", and ”participating the organization with different frequencies". 2. Leisure sport situation, self achievement needs, leisure participative sports behaviors, leisure sport cognition, social needs, and psychological needs could predict 66% variance of psychological dimension in the leisure satisfaction, and leisure sport situation, leisure sport cognition, leisure sport participative behavior, psychological needs, healthy fitness needs, social needs, and self achievement needs could predict 63% variance of physical dimension in the leisure satisfaction.
