技專校院學生生涯規劃的理念與方法

摘要

本文主要透過文獻探討的方式，討論技專校院學生生涯規劃的理念和方法。內容包括生涯規劃理念源起、大學生的生涯發展目標、生涯規劃基本原理、如何具體規劃四年學習計劃以及校園成功學習的要訣等。不同的人生哲學常導引出不同的人生觀。對於生涯規劃，也可以有許多不同的理念與見解。人們常感覺人生世事多變與無常，計劃趕不上變化。因此，有學者主張：生涯之學，即應變之學。因應多變的世情，學者建議個體永遠保持樂觀、堅持、彈性、好奇心和勇於冒險最為重要。其次、鑒於人生的多面向，不應該單薄的只剩下工作和金錢。本文結語中並提出一個新的生涯規劃理念，稱為整合生命規劃(integrative life planning)。主張應該把人生的各個面向都應納入生涯規劃的考慮包括愛、學習、勞動、休閒、公民角色；身體的多重面向如心靈精神層面的需求；家庭關係以及與社會上各種人物相處的關係等。

This study, through literature review, aimed to discuss the ideas and approaches of career planning of students in colleges and universities of science and technology. It includes the origin of ideas of career planning, the purposes of career development, the basic principles of career planning, the way of developing a 4-year study plan, and the elements of how to study successfully in the university. Different philosophy to human life will lead different points of view about human daily living. There are many different theories to discuss the career planning. Someone assert that we are facing a changeable world. The planning is always behind the change. Therefore, their conclusion is that the career planning means to find the way to face the change. Optimism, firm, flexibility, curiosity, and the courage to take a risk are considered the most important things for all people. Because of the multi-facet of human life, we should not live only for work and money. In conclusion, a new theory about career planning-integrative life planning is introduced. Integrative life planning theory points out that every aspect of human life including love, learning, labor, recreation, civil role, spirituality, and family and social relationships are all necessary to be considered during you are planning you career.
