弱勢兒童品格教育方案處遇成效之研究

摘要


基於弱勢學童環境資源受限,對其品格成長與發展均有不利影響,促使研究者思索如何透過品格教育方案提升學童品格學習成效。本研究以社會學習論、關懷倫理學及道德認知發展理論為基礎設計品格教育方案,並透過質化及量化雙向評估方法檢視方案執行成效。研究結果如下:學童在品格教育方案中,團體進行的當下確實能展現立即的效果;然品格教育是一項長期的教育過程,需要持續不斷的透過教學、示範、學習與實踐,才能逐漸養成,因此在比較前後測進步分數上,並未完全達到當初預期目標。最後也針對方案的執行提出討論及建議。

Based on environment resource constrained of disadvantaged children, it has adverse effect on its growth and development of character. It prompted the researcher to think about how to enhance character learning effectiveness through character education program. The program is designed which is based on social learning theory, ethics of care theory and moral cognitive development theory. The program will also be evaluated the effectiveness by qualitative and quantitative evaluation. The findings of the study are listed below: The character education program has the immediate effectiveness. However, character education is a long-term educational process. It is gradually developed by continuous teaching, demonstration, learning and practice. Therefore, the expected objectives did not fully meet by the measurement of pretest and posttest. Finally, according to the analysis results and practical experience, the researcher makes discussion and suggestion.
