大學生參與服務學習之態度、阻礙與成效研究~以南部四所大學校院服務學習課程學生為例

The Interaction Relationship of Attitude, Barriers and Effectiveness in Service-Learning Program on Four College Students in Southern Taiwan

摘要


近年來,服務學習已爲先進國家實踐公民社會的新工具,台灣亦不例外。本研究旨在於了解大學生參與服務學習之態度、阻礙與成效之互動關係。研究方法採問卷調查法,受試者爲南部四所大學校院修習服務學習課程之學生,共發出480份,獲得有效樣本392份,統計方法包含:描述統計分析、t獨立樣本考驗與典型相關分析等。研究經電腦軟體SPSS17.0統計分析結果發現:1.大學生參與服務學習之態度與成效各層面之問具有顯著的典型相關,呈正向的互動關係。2.大學生參與服務學習之阻礙與成效各層面之問具有顯著的典型相關,呈負向的互動關係。3.大學生參與服務學習之態度與阻礙各層面之問具有顯著的典型相關,呈負向的互動關係。4.個人經驗對參與服務學習態度之差異分析,發現大學生個人有經驗者皆顯著高於無經驗者。5.個人經驗對參與服務學習阻礙之差異分析,發現大學生個人有社團經驗但無志工經驗者,或個人經驗兩者皆有者相較於兩者皆無者呈顯著差異,然而有志工經驗但無社團經驗者不具顯著性差異。6.個人經驗對參與服務學習成效之差異分析,發現大學生個人有社團經驗但無志工經驗者,或個人經驗兩者皆有者顯著高於兩者皆無者。最後,根據本研究結果,針對大學校院、大學生、教育主管機構及後續研究提出建議。

This purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation in service-learning of University & College students in Southern Taiwan and to understand the interaction relationship among attitude, barriers and effectiveness in service-learning. This data is obtained by questionnaire survey, with 392 effective responses out of 450. It was analyzed by using the t-test analysis, canonical analysis. The present study has the following findings: 1. There is a positive correlation relationship for attitude and effectiveness, moreover, barriers and effectiveness, attitude and constraint factors are a negative correlation relationship in service-learning. 2. There is club experience to no club experience is significantly different to attitude, barriers and effectiveness in service-learning, and there are two experiences including club and volunteer experience to no experience in club and volunteer are significantly different. But, there are not significantly different between volunteer experience and no club experience. 3. Finally, according to the findings, some recommendations for the Ministry of Education, colleges & Universities, college students, and future relational study are given.
