運動介入對中高年停經婦女的體脂肪影響之研究

The Study of Exercise's Influence on Body Fat of Middle and Old Aged Postmenopausal Women

摘要


本研究之目的,在於探討中高年停經婦女經長期適度運動後,相關變數對體脂肪的影響。受試者經健康篩選、身體活動和運動實施狀況評量後,共有64位。其基本資料年齡(59.7±8.6歲)、身高(153.7±4.7公分)和體重(55.5±5.7公斤),並區分為運動組群和對照組群,兩組群再依三個不同年齡層(50、60 和70歲)分組,再以雙能X光吸收儀(DEXA)進行身體組成掃描體脂肪。量測所得資料,利用STATISTICA(軟體:5.0 版)電腦統計套裝軟體,進行下列資料統計分析:1. 皮爾森積差相關法和三度空間反應曲面圖分析,探討變數間與體脂肪之相關性。2. 以T檢定和箱形統計圖,比較兩組群間體脂肪之差異。3. 以T檢定和箱形統計圖,分別比較兩組群分三個不同年齡層,組間體脂肪之差異。經分析和討論,獲得以下結論:一、兩組群體脂肪與年齡、體重和每週運動時數呈非常顯著相關(P<.001);與體重呈顯著相關(P<.05);與身高呈不顯著相關。並由三度空間反應曲面圖發現,每週運動3個小時以上者,全身體脂肪的百分比已見顯著減少。二、兩組群全身體脂肪百分比,運動組群比較對照組群較低的脂肪量,而且呈非常顯著差異(P<.001),足見長期運動介入對身體減少體脂肪具有顯著效果。三、兩組分三個不同年齡層比較組間的體脂肪差異,結果由T檢定盒統計圖發現各年齡層組間均呈顯著差異(P<.05;同時,亦發現C組(70歲)組年齡層的體脂肪遞增的趨勢有趨緩的現象。見證長期適度運動對體重控制或減肥有顯著效果,對身體生理適能、健康促進也具有實質的衍生效益。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the influence of related variables on body fat of middle and old aged postmenopausal women who have been taking regular exercise for a long time. There are totally 64 experimenters, who had been taken assessments of heath screening, physical activity and exercise implementation. Basic information of age (59.7±8.6 years old), height (153.7±4.7cm) and weight (55.5±5.7kg) are included. Meanwhile, the experimenters were divided into groups of exercising group and comparative group. And then, the two groups were separated according to 3 different age layers of 50, 60 and 70 years old. Subsequently, they were scanned by DEXA to test the body fat. With information measured under computer statistical software package STATISTICA, version 5.0, the statistical results below has been analyzed:1. Correlations between the variables and body fat have been discussed through methods of Pearson product-moment correlation and Three-dimensional response surface diagram.2. The difference of body fat between the two groups were compared through T test and box chart.3. Comparisons among variable age layers of the two groups were done to compare the body fat difference through descriptive statistic and box chart.Following conclusions were analyzed and done:One, the body fat in both groups has very significant correlation with age, weight and length of exercise time per week (P<.001); meanwhile, the body fat has significant correlation with weight (P<.05) and has not significant association with height. Moreover, it's found that the whole body fat could be significantly reduced with over 3 hours exercising per week.Two, the percentage of whole body fat in the two groups has very remarkably difference (P<.001) where exercising group has lower fat than comparative group. It's no doubt that long-term physical exercise has apparent effect on reducing body fat.Three, the differences of body fat among 3 age layers in 2 groups showed that there were remarkably differences among 3 layers (P<.05 ~ P<.001). At the same time, the trend for increasing phenomenon of body fat in layer C has been slowing down. It was witnessed that long-time moderate exercise has significant effects not only on weight control or weight loss but also on physical fitness as well as substantial benefits on health promotion.
