自行車遊憩者休閒涉入、休閒－家庭衝突與幸福感間之關係研究

摘要

本研究以自行車遊憩者爲對象，探討休閒涉入、休閒－家庭衝突與幸福感間之關係。嘗試將休閒涉入、休閒－家庭衝突與幸福感之間做一個緊密的連結。首先依據文獻提出研究假設，其次採用問卷方式調查335位自行車遊憩者，運用結構方程式(SEM)驗證模式之因果關係。研究結果發現：休閒涉入程度愈高的遊憩者，所感受到的幸福感愈高。休閒涉入程度愈高的遊憩者，其休閒－家庭衝突愈高。休閒－家庭衝突愈高的遊憩者，所感受到的幸福感愈低。此研究結果建議自行車活動參與者，於其持續投入休閒活動的同時，應與家庭之間保持良好的互動關係，對個人的幸福感受將具有正面的影響。

This study selected bicycle recreationists as the subjects to investigate the relationship among leisure involvement, leisure-family conflict, and happiness, and intends to closely combine leisure involvement with leisure-family conflict and happiness. The research hypotheses were proposed based on literature review, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 335 bicycle recreationists. Structure Equation Model was used to verify the cause-and-effect relationship. The research results found that, the recreationists whose level of leisure involvement is higher, the happiness they perceive will be higher. The recreationists whose level of leisure involvement is higher, their leisure-family conflict will be more intense. The recreationists whose leisure-family is more intense, the happiness they perceive will be lower. According to the results, it is advised that, during the continuous participation in leisure activities, bicycle activity participants should maintain the good interaction with their family, which will have a positive influence on the happiness they perceive.
