The research results found that, the recreationists whose level of leisure involvement is higher, the happiness they perceive will be higher. The recreationists whose level of leisure involvement is higher, their leisure-family conflict will be more intense. The recreationists whose leisure-family is more intense, the happiness they perceive will be lower. According to the results, it is advised that, during the continuous participation in leisure activities, bicycle activity participants should maintain the good interaction with their family, which will have a positive influence on the happiness they perceive.
